If you answer an identity question incorrectly, you will have one more chance to answer a different question. If that question is answered correctly, you can move forward. If you do not answer the second identity question correctly, YOU ARE REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF ARIZONA TO START THE COURSE OVER FROM THE BEGINNING. No exceptions can be made to this rule.
